Holes and cracks on the gel of MPXM2053GS
We visually inspected the surface of the die of MPXM2053GS, which was covered by gel. We found some of them were not intact. there were holes and cracks on the gel. Although the electrical tests were passed but we are concerned about the long term reliability. Could someone advise if this is a normal phenomenon caused by the packaging process？
