Hi @KJ.2ose​ ,

the input stimulus (1g in the case of the accelerometer, 100dps in the Gyroscope case) is provided to the devices during the temperature ramp.

Note that, as reported in the datasheet:

measurements are performed in a uniform temperature setup and they are based on characterization data in a limited number of samples. Not measured during final test for production.
