Hi, I'm using several VN5050AJ-E devices in our PCB. For contract ,I have to provide the global value MTBF/FIT of the PCB. I would need the MTBF/FIT of this component to calculate the value. Do you have MTBF/FIL value for VN5050AJ-E? Thanks
