Finding land pattern for LIS3DH

Hi,

Where are the land patterns for LIS3DH, LLGA16 (3x3x1.0) 7983231 filed?

I have tried searching for all of the above keywords but still come up empty handed, the closest i get is a land pattern by maxim, 90-0396.
