Does ST intend to continue manufacturing LIS3DH? It is listed as ACTIVE at st.com; however, DigiKey states "OBSOLETE" and "This product is no longer manufactured."

Be aware that DigiKey often does this if the part's ordering number changes, or there is a change in design/firmware from the manufacturer, and the manufacturer won't make the "old" variant any longer, just the "new" one meeting current specifications or PCN

Officially LIS3DH is still in mass production, that's why it appears "active" in our web site.

Currently, we do not have a plan to discontinue this device, however, since there are much newer and competitive devices in our portfolio, we suggest our customers to use other devices, especially if it is a new design.

LIS2DW12, for example, is one possible replacement you could evaluate.
