LSM6DSV32X should not be available online, isn't it? Do you mean LSM6DSV16X?

In any case, both products have the same characteristics of the LSM6DSO32X: LGA-14L

(2.5 x 3.0 x 0.83 mm), with the pinout below:

The NC pins can be auxiliary interfaces.
