Could you please mention an overview of the differences between the iNemo family especially between LSM6DSOX and ISM330, what application is each of them aimed at?

iNEMO family is the 6-axis sensor with accelerometer and gyroscope in the same package. LSM6DSOX target Personal Electronics as wearables, smartphones, tablet, etc, while ISM330DHCX is for industrial application such as anomaly detection, condition monitoring etc. I suggest having a look to the following ST Blog articles for more information:
