Could you please advise on what the part marking of the IIS2DHTR ought to be? We are using this part in our manufacturing and can't find the required information for component verification and for AOI program. Thanks

the top package marking should look like the one here below:

Considering only the alfa-numeric characters, and not the 2D matrix code:

• 850 stands for
  • "8" for the assembly year of the device lot;
  • "50" is the year's week for the same lot.
• "I2H" is the part number indicator, and stands for IIS2DH(TR).
