can anyone tell me the model of ST Analog front end IC for MEMS thermal flow sensor, as is being used in Omron MEMS flow sensors?

Hi @AChau.1​ , are you referring to D6T MEMS Thermal Sensors and specifically to the amplifier? I'm not sure there is an ST MEMS sensor in it... but I suppose that the analog IC part of the sensor is just a preamplifier to convert the electrical charge on the MEMS sensor into voltage or current signal and to decouple it from the parasitic impedance. Did you already check your question with Omron online support? Regards
