Can anyone please tell me the Device Marking codes for LSM6DSL, LSM6DSO and LSM6DSM.

LSM6DSL and LSM6DSM have the same marking: SF, LSM6DSO is marked SO.
If you want to ask how to distinguish between LSM6DSL and LSM6DSM: the full name is on the bag of the packaging.
