Burn-in Specifications of MEMS Accelerometer ?

Hi,
 
I am looking for the burn-in specifications for a MEMS accelerometer device/sensor. Could you please help me with this information? Thank you

We don't publish burn-in specs in the datasheet or community, they are part of internal reliability qualification or available upon request.

You can contact the OLS that will analyze your case and check if we can share some information.
