For example in FP-AI-NANOEDG1 mentioned in the webinar, there are example datalogs for sample application for condition monitoring with details described here https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/How_to_perform_condition_monitoring_on_STM32. For the ISM330DHCX MLC - machine learning core, there there are many example available at https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STMems_Machine_Learning_Core , where you will find also examples of datalogs. In general, you should have your own application data for best implementation, ST is showing examples only.
