9 axis gyroscope mems sensor available?

Well, that’s the range of sensors which ST has.

If you don’t see anything there suitable for your (unstated) application requirements, then you’ll obviously have to look elsewhere.

 

But, as ​@TDK said, we live in a 3D world - so any real gyro can only have 3 axes

You can combine an LSM6DSOX + LIS3MDL to give you 9 DOF; eg,

It's 3 axis gyroscope u have send , i wanna know if 6 or 9 axis gyroscope mems exit for phones

As the space we mortals inhabit is three dimensional, you will only see up to 3-axis gyroscopes here on Earth. Perhaps you are confusing this with a 9-DOF sensor.
