Using Bluetooth module SPBT3.0DP2. We are observing pulse in RESET pin with no connection at 16.9 msec interval. Bluetooth module is resetting

Hi, I am using Bluetooth module SPBT3.0DP2 and it worked fine during development. Currently we are in production stage and we have populated 80 boards with Bluetooth module. 20 Bluetooth modules are not working as expected out of 80 modules. We are observing pulse in RESET pin without no connection at 16.9 msec interval. It seems Bluetooth module is resetting. Is it possible?
