Using BLUEnrg2 mesh for application development and production.

I am planning to use BLE mesh in my next project. I have few questions before start designing with Blue NRG2.

1. As per the datasheet BLUENRG mesh modules are already FCC certified. I don't have to certify again right? Anyways, I am going to use application layer only not touching RF stack.

2. Can I program/Debug the modules with any STLInk debugger right?

3. Is their any paid tools (software/hardware).

1. Possibly. Just for information, I am not an export for certification. It seems that FCC certify on the end products. If that is true, you will need to certify again no matter what solution you choose to design.

3. Are you asking about third-party software used in SDK or extra license fee for HW? There shall be none.
