STuW81200 / 81300 Synthesizer. To use the internal registers to control Hardware Power Down should the physical hardware power down pin (Pin 4) be left floating?

I wish to use the internal registers of the STuW81300 synthesizer to control the hardware power down function.

Should I leave the physical pin (pin 4) floating or pull it up / down?

There is no mention in the data sheet.
