S2-LP transceiver

I want to develop 6LOWPAN over S2-LP

This mesh network have other devices that support 6LOWPAN, different to ST microelectronic manufacturer. 

Could I tune S2-LP in frequency, band, modulation, etc in order to can speak/listen with other devices?
