I need a detailed description of register direct reads and writes about VL53L0X,Can you help me?

Now in my new projext ,I used a ranging chip  VL53L0X in the design,but I don't know how to read and write the  VL53L0X  register directly in my C program , can you email me a  VL53L0X register description ? Sincerely hope to get a reply ,my eamil is [e-mail]

I did it to make an USB communication to PC.

As far as I remember, I have edited code from githhub.

Serach it once.

Read very easy one and try. The protocal is easy, UART or RS232.
