I have STM32F401 and BLE spbtle-1s connected via the cable. After I removed the jumpers and burned the .hex file according to your manual, I can't use the BlueNRG GUI v3.1.0. I got a message: "No device detected!". Any help?

Please elaborate further please. Are you using Nucleo of STM32F401 ? The cable you are talking about is for ST-Link ?
