How to show the example of the device operation?

Hi, i have 2 devices: STEVAL-IKR002V4 and i must show any example how they work.

So could anyone send me some instructions or advice on how can I show the operation of these devices?

I mean, for example, to download some data like temperature or something and display them so that I can tell if these devices work?

Is there any program to support these devices so that I can load / change the code? In what language are these devices programmed?

I would be very grateful if someone could help me.
