HCF4010Y CAN USE AS CMOS TO TTLCONVERTER

Hello,

Iam using HCF4010 for my project. Can i use this as CMOS to TTL converter?

Also for high speed switching or for high speed signal is there any issue for using the same ic(Please find the attached image,4 GPIO & 2 spi lines were used)

I think not.

You would have to keep Vcc at 5V, which would not constitute a level shifter.

If you raise Vcc, the L/H thresholds go up proportionally.
