Dear original factory support team,

Hello. Recently, we have purchased your eSIM chip ST4SI2M0020TPIFW(ST4SIM‑200M series) twice through the distributor Mouser Electronics, and found that there are doubts about the working mode and activation ability of the eSIM in the two batches. We hereby ask your company for confirmation:

1. Purchase batch information:

First order: 550 pieces
Second order: 1010 pieces
2. Mode confirmation request:
According to your product specifications, ST4SI2M0020TPIFW supports two eSIM configuration modes: GSMA SGP.02(M2M mode) and SGP.22(Consumer mode).
All the chips of the same model we used many times in the past are SGP.22 mode and run normally. However, this time, two batches of chips were suspected to be preset in SGP.02(M2M) mode after customer test feedback, which caused the customer to be unable to confirm the "preset" carrier profile (ICC ID/ISDP) when the chips were shipped from the factory, so the activation and subscription service could not be completed.

Please confirm clearly:

Are the above two batches (550 pieces for the first time and 1010 pieces for the second time) actually configured in SGP.02 mode or SGP.22 mode?
If it is SGP.02(M2M) mode, does it mean that the configuration files of this batch of chips have been locked at the factory? If yes, please inform the preset operator information.
3. Request for key traceability information:
As the customer can't activate, we urgently need your company to provide the following information to help the customer complete the network access:

Teexatbatch number corresponding to the above two batches (factory production batch traceability code)
EID(eSIM Identifier) number list of all chips in this batch.
Customer feedback: If the Teexatbatch number and EID list cannot be obtained, 1,560 chips in these two batches will not be put into use, which will directly lead to the scrapping of orders.
