discrete balun Values for BlueNRG 1 (AN4819)

Hello,

I'm looking for the values to build the discrete balun like Figure 1 at AN4819. Unfortunately, I can not find the values anywhere. (C8, C9, C10,....)

I would be very happy if you could help me.
