contiki / spirit1 / size and OTA upgrade

Hello

we are evaluating to use Contiki OS in Spirit1 + STM32 platform. I still have two doubts:

1.-  is available OTA (Over The Air) upgrade for the microntroller?

2.- what's the size of the Contiki stack to program in the micro?
