Can you provide better directive for PCB pad pattern for S2-LP ?

Hello,

I found information in S2-LP datasheet about land pattern (p79) quite difficult to understand.

I checked gerber of reference design (monarch and S2915A1) and this is a no match with datasheet recommendations ! Can you please provide good recommendations in datasheet so that we can easily create a reliable footprint ?
