BlueNRG-2 VBAT max rating

Hi,

I'm designing a beacon around the BlueNRG-2 and would like to power it from a battery that can output as much as 3.67V. Unfortunately this exceeds the max Vin limit on the datasheet (3.6V) by only 70mV. I have a couple of questions in the hopes of reducing complexity and improving efficiency.

1. I've heard some MFGs relax the limits on a part over time, is there any chance that this may be the case with the BlueNRG-2? If so, what is the most up to date limit?
2. Is there any concern about regulating the battery to the limit of Vin, i.e. 3.6V? Are there some conditions in which this could be problematic?
