VL53L9CX - Post Processing Technical Note (TN1596)

In Section 5.1 of datasheet for VL53L9CX, it says 
“Refer to the postprocessing technical note (TN1596) for more details of the data formatting, processing, and
filter functions.”

But I cant seem to find the TN1596 document. I am looking for information on the distortion correction on the raw depth output.
