spam, how to delete spam pm and block user?

 it seems there is no way to block a user or delete inappropriate pm messages? that’s a bit out of control.. 

i guess i’m not the only one receiving this:

Thanks for your feedback. 
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Indeed, it is not possible to do the actions described at the moment. 
However, it is on the platform providers roadmap to enable reporting PMs alongside general improvements to the spam filter.

If you’d like, you can change your settings to only allow PMs from people you follow. 
 

In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to ​@Zita LASZLOFI, ​@Maxime MARCHETTO or myself if you experience any additional unwanted PMs.
