@Lina_DABASINSKAITE

The forum seems to no longer explicitly identify which users are ST Staff.

I think it should.

    These ranks are now updated.

Technical Moderator > ST Technical Moderator
Community manager > ST Community manager

    Kind regards,

    Hi @Andrew Neil,

    Currently, the staff ranks are:
    1. Technical Moderator - employees who actively engage and moderate the content.

    e.g.

    2. ST Employee, e.g.

    1. Community manager:

    2. More on this: ST Community welcome guide | Community

Let me know if it answers to your feedback.

    Thanks,
    Lina

I think it should be explicitly stated that these are ST Staff.

Some other forums have non-staff who are moderators.

People may assume that “Super Users” are staff...

Plus you are “Community Manager” - which isn’t listed

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Thanks, @Lina_DABASINSKAITE ; this is now perfectly clear.
