Is it worth keeping abandoned threads with NO replies?

Follow-on from:

 

Generally, when a thread gets abandoned there may be some useful content in the replies - so it makes sense to keep the thread.

 

But, if the thread is abandoned with no replies at all - is there any point in keeping it ?

Thanks for sharing. We have a periodic content cleanup: with no replies and no views.
