Identify locked (read-only) threads

The old forum used to identify locked (read-only) threads in the topic listings.

The new forum doesn’t:

 

The highlighted ones are all read-only.

This needs to be identified in the listings.

This is definitely a change request we support and we are actively looking into the implementation.
