Feature request: make the CODE button on the toolbar always visible

The CODE button should be always visible on the post editor toolbar. Hope this does not need further explanation.

    Already recognised as a required update:

     

    A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
