Distinguish links to a thread from links to a specific post?

Currently a link to the top of a thread will give exactly the same preview as a link to a specific reply within that thread; eg, see here:

 

I think it would be helpful if the preview made some distinction ?

Yes - that’s the issue!

Need some way to show, at least, that I haven’t just posted the exact same link twice.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on distinguishing visually if you linked a thread or a specific reply. This is currently a default platform feature. I understand the frustration that it may create and I’m happy to forward this suggestion to our platform provider.
