Changing password account

[UPM]

I'm trying to change my account password (https://www.st.com/content/my_st_com/en/my-space/manage-my-account/Change_Password.html#), but I can't. I've made sure the new password meets the requirements, but when I click the button to change it, the box showing the requirements turns red, and the change isn't processed.
What could be happening?
