Yes, I’ve been seeing a lot of that lately.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Hi @Pavel A.,

Does this issue still occur, or was it a one-time error?

Did the user try to include a file while editing?

Regarding the setting itself, there is no limit to edit the post in this case.
