Can no longer resize inserted images

In the previous forum I could insert an image and if it was too large or small, I could resize it. Now when you click on the image, the resize handles no longer show on the sides or corners of image. Instead, it shows “Insert image caption” below the image.

This behavior is expected on the current platform. It is already tracked as an enhancement request.

it also seems to pick a ransom scaling for the inserted image - so what’s intended to be just a small image becomes an unreasonably large one.

And it’s always centred - whether that’s what you want, or not.
