Broken links in notifications

The link is:

But that page is not found:

Search does not find that thread.

Maybe the thread has been deleted? If so, that should be notified. Or the notification removed.

The new forum doesn’t seem to allow searching for usernames

PS:

Separate thread on the lack of username search:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Another one has just appeared:

This time, it does go to that thread, but there is no post by @Frankie

PS:

This one does look like spam removal.

And another one just now:

Link is: https://community.st.com/topic/show?tid=167676&postid=747435

As you can see, it goes to the right thread, but there is no post by @Peter BENSCH there.

Is seems unlikely that Peter’s post would be removed for spam?!

Yes, both of us, i.e. @Andrew Neil and I, had replied at practically the same time. Since, in my view, it does not make sense to leave two comments that are essentially identical in there, I deleted my own. Sorry for your confusion.

So I’ll try mentioning it manually: @javiermorales

PS:

That shows zero activity by that user:

So does look like spam removal ?

Correct summary, Andrew. All threads (apart from my post) that you had mentioned were spam or banned.

IIRC, On the old forum we would get a different error in that case - “you do not have permission to view” or similar ?
