Allow webp format

Add webp format support for avatars and others. It helps to save disk usage and make user experience with this forum more convenient. For now I can’t use webp because “Sorry, we couldn't upload your file because we don't support that file type. Supported file types: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif”

Could you expand on that?

It seems the format has its drawbacks:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

more and more software prefer webp format as default…

    Webp has terrible support. I hate it. Better support jpegxl
