The high level voltage of the pin

Hi,

I am currently using the SPC58EC series of microcontrollers. I would like to know, for an I/O (configured in input mode), at what input voltage level it will be recognized as a high level. Is this voltage value configurable? Thank you for your reply. Thank you.
