Hi,

I've just gotten a new microcontroller SPC58EC-DIS from elfa. From my past I worked a lot with STM so I wanted to try something new, but this was the first time that I got something like this:

Is it normal that the board comes with soldered wire between components SB28 and SB29 or is this something that I should report to the supplier?

BR,

MaraLo

Hello ,

SB28 and SB29 are opened

SPC58EC-DIS discovery board - User manual (st.com)

Your board seems to be configured

I think that PLS Integrated do not work just External JTAG Programmer

You should put a small resistor in order to activate PLS.

I think that your board is functional.

For others questions with the supplier :

Distrelec Norway - Technical Components Distributor (elfadistrelec.no)

             Best Regards
