SPC560B54- DIS JTAG Error with External Device Programming

0693W000008xk3uQAA.jpgTrying to program SPC560B50L5 MCU with SPC560B54- Discovery board through JTAG.

About 4 devices of discovery boards have No Target Error. Need to know is there any problem with debugger or the software's used or the MCU board.

Complier used SPC5 Studio.

Debugger UDESTK 5.0

    Could you check if PLS FTDI driver are well installed in your computer ?

    the driver is often present in :

    c:\Program Files (x86)\pls\UDE Starterkit XX\Driver\JtagUsbDriver\
