How to use SPC560b54l5 discovery board to flash spc560b50l5 chip?

HI all,

I am Ragu, and I need to flash SPC560b50l5 chip using SPC560b54l5 discovery board. I use PLS adapter setting in document as they mentioned but it not works?. 

Below I attached JTAG connection circuit diagram which I use. I probe the JTAG pins with CRO and I confrim that data transfer is takes place from spc560b54l5 discovery board but spc560b50l5 controller is not respond after flashing. I need to know why it is not works. I think it maybe not flash correctly, isn't it? I any one face this issue, Please help me.
