Dataflash corruption writting bulk data in SPC560B40L3

We are writing 2kbytes of Data into the dataflash at the rate of 8bytes/1ms before ECU enter into sleep state.

When we do this activity several times, DATA Flash got corrupted and ECU stops working.

We had followed document en.DM00068954 , for our implementation.

Could you please help us resolve this issue on priority?

    could you try this application

    SPC560Bxx_RLA Flash Test Application for Discovery ?

    In case of Crash , the best thing is to check to PC,R14 with your debugger
