Operation of ADC1283IPT at -55C ambient temperature

Dear Sir/Madam,

We use ADC1283IPT in our unit. This IC has operating temperature range -40C...125C and storage temperature range -65...150C. Our unit must start operating at -55C. Will ADC1283IPT operate at -55C without being damaged and which parameters may deteriorate?

Going to be the same answer as here:
