What are the STM32G030J6M6 pin functions after reset

The STM32G030J6M6 is the SO8N device.

The Datasheet lists different functions upon reset for pins 4, 5, 8

The SWD pins (PA13/PA14) are initialized as such at reset. Others are initialized in high impedance input mode.

NRST is NRST, unless disabled in option bytes.

Where? I only see it call out PA13/PA14 (pins 7 and 8).
