Should be possible to feed STM32CubeMX with ALREADY DOWNLOADED stm32cubefX.zip

Generate code in freshly installed CubeMX display popup about absence of Stm32Cube libraries package in it's repository. There is only choice between Download and Cancel. And no obvious GUI way to point onto already downloaded zip.

In case user already has required package, there is NO NEED to waste his/her time onto re-downloading. STM32CubeMX should take existent *zip.

Dear user,

This functionality is already supported (4.4 and 4.5 versions) under the Help > Install new libraries. Click ''Local File...'' to select the cube package zip file (originally downloaded from st.com).
