Security issues about the gate drive capability of the STSPIN32G4 chip?
As described in the chip manual, the gate drive capability is 500mA-1500mA over the entire temperature range, does this mean that I can only use 500mA of drive current?
When my driving voltage is 12V, the minimum resistance value of the G pole of the MOS transistor can only be selected to be 24 ohms (12V/500mA)? Or can I choose a smaller resistance value, even beyond 1500mA? Is this safe to use?
