They are being made and sold to people who already have orders in the queue. Bit like getting a Ferrari, ie existing​ cuatomers, significant quantity of business, and will wait for build and delivery.

C​apacity is an industry wide issue, others pivoted to alternative parts when supply issues started to become apparent a year ago, so problem might follow you. You should probably assess the issue and make your own decisions and plans about your strategy moving forward.
