can I use ATSAM4SA16CB instead STM32f427 I can't find any STM32f427 in (Digikey or Mouser ) Is there anything wrong with this? When will the controllers be available in Mouers or Digikey

ATSAM4SA16CB is not plug in compatible and not code compatible. Didn't you here about the great shortages of 2021? It is astonishing that the ATSAM4SA16CB i has still stock.

Basically it is an issue of supply vs demand.

The lack of availability is then compounded by aggressive buying and forward ordering of supply.

Any free stock held at Digikey or Mouser is going to be bought quickly.

The reasons are many fold, try a few business magazines for their analysis​.

But think pandemic​, staffing, materials, capacity.. and things only being planned and built with a physical order behind them.
