115 GPIO pins in part STM32F303ZET6 is including SPI, I2C & UART pins? (or) excluding them. Please clarify on pin details.

Including.

Look at the pinout picture of LQFP144 in the datasheet. There are 29 VDD/VSS/VREF/VBAT/BOOT0/NRST pins, so 115 is number of all other pins.
